This project inspects the northern territories through official strategy document across scales and time. The strategies, when visualized as maps, reflect the changes in the landscapes across time, and the contradictions in the political aims across scales. They show the changing focus point in the development of industry and the radical differences in the perspectives when talking about for example climate change.
